Shipping and Delivery

1.    How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge AU$29.95 for standard delivery per purchase. If the total amount exceeds AU$500 free delivery applies per purchase. If national express delivery required AU$39.95 will be charged for delivery fee.

 

2.    When will you dispatch my artwork?

We will dispatch your artwork in 1-2 business days for those items are available in stock. And items of special orders will be sent out as soon as the artworks are suitable for shipping.

 

3.    How many days will the delivery take?

Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery and 2-3 business days for national express delivery.

 

4.    What kind of packaging do you use?

For all our artworks, we will use bubble warp to secure the items first and then put into a box in proper size.

 

5.    How can I track my artwork?

We¡¯ll let you know and provide you with the tracking number once your artwork has been dispatched.

 

6.    Do you deliver overseas?

We can arrange international delivery but any possible tax or duty will be paid by the recipient. And to avoid any possible damage of the artworks, only canvas will be put into a tube and shipped.

 

 

Order

1.    How to place an order?

To place and order just simply click the button ¡°Add to Cart¡± or ¡°Design your own¡± or using ¡°Create your artwork¡± function.

 

2.    Where and how can I get a quote for a special order?

We choosing ¡°Design your own¡± or using ¡°Create your artwork¡± function a quote will be provided at the bottom of the page. Also, you can send us an email with your detailed requirements and we will give you a quote.

 

3.    Can I cancel my order?

Of course you can but conditions apply. We accept cancellation of order within 24 hours from the time you place your order. And your payment will be refunded in full. After that we will deduct a cancellation fee for it. The cancellation fee is made up of 15% - 17% of the artwork value and AU$30 handling fee.

 

4.    How long does it take for an order?

The timeframe for a new order is about 4 weeks. If the artwork is complicate and more techniques required extra time will apply.

 

5.    How much do you charge when placing an order?

Standard order will be charged in full when placing an order. Special order will be charged 30% of the artworks value plus delivery fee when placing and order.

 

6.    Will the artwork I receive be 100% the same with the image on your website?

All our artworks are hand-painted and every piece of artwork is unique. There will be 5% - 15% slight variation appears from one to another. All the images on display are for reference only.

 

7.    Do you accept orders from overseas?

We accept international orders. Please contact us for more information at info@artvalley.com.au .

 

Others¡­

1.    What do you mean by gallery wrapping?

Gallery Wrapping means canvas being stretched on thick wooden bars and is ready for display purpose. And can be framed if needed.

 

2.    What is the difference between standard order and special order?

Standard order means order for an artwork that is in its original design displayed on our website; Special order means order for an artwork that is tailor-made or has changes to the original design displayed on our website.

 

3.    What should I do when accepting the delivery of my artwork?

All our artworks are checked thoroughly and packaged with our every care before shipping. Please inspect carefully and make sure that the artwork is in good condition before accepting. If there is an obvious damage to the artwork please DO NOT ACCEPT the item and ask the courier to return the parcel. Otherwise we won¡¯t take any responsibility to the damaged artwork.

 

4.    Does oil painting needs maintenance?

Yes. Please keep away from direct sunlight to avoid the run of colors. Keep in dry and clean place. Can use wet clean cloth to wipe the dust off if any, just wipe slightly and with care.
