Return & Exchange

Art Valley takes extremely care in ensuring our artworks are in high quality. However if you find the artwork doesn’t fit your space, the color scheme doesn’t match or any other reason, we accept exchange, repair, replacement, shopping credit and refund.
The policy applies to all purchase made from Art Valley, instore and online.
Change of Mind…
If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, we accept exchange, shopping credit or refund provided that:
*Satisfactory proof of purchase submitted
*the item returned in its original conditions and packaging within 14 days from purchase
*gift card is not applicable
To claim exchange, shopping credit or refund please contact us first and our friendly staff will advise and assist with the return process. In the event of changing of mind we will deduct handling fee and shipping cost from your refund as your return is not due to our error.
When you receive a faulty item…
We offer free exchange, replacement, shopping credit in full value or free repair provided the item you received is:
*satisfactory proof of purchase submitted
*faulty through no fault on your own
*does not match our description
*satisfactory proof of any defects/damages of the item or any other problem with the item
*returned in its original conditions and packaging within 14 days after purchase
Please contact us and our friendly staff would like to help you to solve the problem.
Special Exceptions
*items that tailor made and altered (Create Your Artworks) are not applicable for exchange and refund; customers should choose and approve carefully.
*gift card and shopping credit can not be redeemed for cash, reloaded or refunded
*due to the nature of our artworks, variation will appear in some degree compared with the display on our website. This is agreed by customer when placing an order, and we do not accept return or refund.
*personal care related homewares are not applicable for returns and refunds
*purchase of items that are on sale is final, exchange and refund is not acceptable.

  • Reason for return
  • Supportive proof if any
  • Your claim: exchange, replacement, repair, refund or shopping credit
